Once you start selling higher-value cards on eBay, everything about the transaction becomes a little more important — even how you describe the card and explain your shipping process.

For cards over $20, I have a more detailed listing description to try and give buyers peace of mind and ensure I’ve covered all the bases, from condition disclaimers to delivery expectations.

Why I Use USPS Ground Advantage

For sales over $20, I always use USPS Ground Advantage. It’s a reliable, trackable option that works well for single cards shipped in a bubble mailer. My packaging process is simple: the card goes in a penny sleeve and top loader, is placed between two pieces of cardboard, and then goes into a bubble mailer for safe transit.

I also now print all my labels at home with a thermal printer, which saves me time and allows me to drop off the package without waiting in line.

My Go-To Listing Template for Cards Over $20

Here’s the template I use for cards that I ship via USPS Ground Advantage. I just change the player and set info depending on the card.

• Tracking will be uploaded as soon as your order is shipped.
• USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers in 2–5 business days, though occasional delays may occur.
• Once the item is scanned by USPS, delivery is out of my hands, but I’m always happy to help if issues come up.
